Deep Fryer: Deep fry from frozen for 4- 4.5 minutes at 350°F Breaded pickle spears Deep Fryer: Fry frozen product at 350°F (177°C) for approximately 2-2 1/2 minutes. Shake basket after 30 seconds. Mozzarella sticks Deep Fryer: Deep fry at 350°F (177°C) for 2 1/2 to 2 3/4 minutes. Shake basket after for 30 seconds. Breaded Perogies Pan Fry: Heat 3/4 inch vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium heat until a deep-fry thermometer registers 350°F. Working in batches, fry the product, turning, until golden brown on all sides, about 4-6 minutes or until warm in centre. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Deep Fryer: Preheat cooking oil in electric deep fryer to 350°F. Fill deep fryer not more than half full of oil. Fill fryer basket not more than half full. Carefully lower basket into hot oil. Fry 3-5 minutes. Cook to a light golden colour. Onion rings Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread frozen onion rings in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Flip rings and continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes. Deep Fryer: Preheat oil to 350°F (180°C). Fill basket half full and fry for 2 1/2- mins, shaking basket frequently for best results. French fries Oven: Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes. Flip fries and continue baking for another 5-10 minutes. Deep Fryer: Preheat oil to 350°F (180°C). Place the fries in fryer basket (do not fill more than half full). Fry for 2-3 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
